Your appointment will begin with a full consultation, where we'll discuss your hair goals and make sure we're both happy with the plan before getting started.


Once your colour has been applied, it will develop while I check in with you throughout the processing time to make sure you're comfortable. We'll then finish your appointment with either a cut and blowdry or a wash and blowdry depending on your chosed service and what you'd like.

For your hair consultation, we recommend bringing inspiration pictures and discussing any allergies or hair concerns you may have. This helps us understand your vision and recommend the best services for your hair.


At your consultation we will also carry out a patch test if a colour service is being done. (This is for new clients or clients who haven't had colour with myself in the last 6 months.)

Absolutly! I want you to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout your appointment. We offer a selection of hot and cold drinks, as well as a snack drawer that you're welcome to help yourself to.


Wi-Fi is also available and if you need to catch up on some work during your appointment, you're more than welcome to bring yout laptop and work while you're in the salon.

Yes! Hair by Hope is a child - friendly salon, and we welcome clients of all ages. I offer children's haircuts for ages 2-16 at a discounted price, making it easy for the whole family to get their hair looked after in a relaxed and welcoming enviroment.

No, this isn't something that I allow my clients to do. This is because I like to make sure that you and myself is happy with the final results.
